We leave BiciBurro at 8:00am and head for the Sierra of Guanajuato, enjoying spectacular views of the oak forest. We begin with a delicious Mexican breakfast and a view of the forest. We prepare ourselves to breathe clean and fresh air under the oak trees, enjoying the most grandiose view of the Sierra de Guanajuato. After a visit to Don Lupe at his wonderful old hacienda, we return to San Miguel for a siesta!!
