We leave BiciBurro in the morning heading for one of the largest dams in the center of Mexico. We ride on an abandoned rail bed, passing through a 500-meter tunnel. Concentration needed! Then we will ride through a canyon filled with Mexican flora, next to the Rio Laja. A few kilometers on we reach the community of La Huerta, where there is a spectacular tree (El Sabino); here crafts-people weave reed baskets. We then ride by the community of Los Alonso Yanez, through beautiful landscapes returning to the dam.
Optional: A visit to the hot springs and returning to San Miguel in the BurroMobile.
Optional: A delicious lunch at an excellent traditional Mexican hotel in Pozos, and then siesta!!
