Family-owned and operated
since 1963 in the same location, Bici-burro is the premiere bike
shop in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, but we don't act like
it. We love what we do! We bike on our days off! Alberto (Beto) Martínez,
the owner and operator, grew up in San Miguel and has taken over
the shop from his father. Beto knows the area like the back of his
hand and he is an accomplished racer, an excellent repair technician,
and an enthusiastic bike tour guide. 
All bicycle tours include a 27 aluminum speed mountain bike with front suspension, helmet, gloves, guide, mechanic, and when appropriate, transportation in the "BurroMobile" (see picture to the left). Dogs and falls are free! Your intrepid guide, Alberto Martínez, will take you riding up and down the hills and arroyos, across rivers, through herds of bulls, cows, donkeys and goats, to greet the country folks and escape barking dogs. | |
